I'll write a journal here! But only to say that this is my poetry and photography account, split from my art account (~sarydactl). Why is it split? I don't even know myself. But I like that this place is somewhat secret, compared to my other account, despite the fact I share it with anyone XD " . ANYWAYS
about myself--I'm a major in the creative writing dept at UMT. I focus in poetry. Major influences are few; I absorb any thing and everything. Generally I pick up little things, one moment at a time--like 'oh I love these -- things' or 'oh these parenthesis look sort of cool (I'm going to steal them!)' and this culminates into one style. Despite my stuck-up attitude at times [which is mostly a facade], I still have a long ways to grow as a poet, so I am very interested in any critique someone offers.
In other news...you may notice my account is rather sparse. Towards the end of the month I might move over more poems that I do during classwork--however for some it will be tough work. I incorporate color, layout, etc, in order to give life to my poems...and there's this whole dA system to work with XD " . But I will do my best as the month gets closer to ending.
